Toutes à l'école is looking for its new Upskilled and Professional Integration Manager

Toutes à l’école (TAE) is a network of associations, which offer a high level of education to the most disadvantaged girls.
Toutes à l’école France (TAE F) is responsible for the development and operation of Happy Chandara School, a pilot school that educates more than 1,300 girls from kindergarten to 12th grade, provides social and medical follow-up and ensures safe accommodation for more than 240 students.

Toutes à l’école Luxembourg (TAE L) ensures the development and operation of a higher education support program, Chandara Students Home in Phnom Penh, for post-Bac students. It provides material, academic and moral support, including free and secure accommodation in two dorms, as a way to ensure a successful professional integration for the students.

Within the Happy Chandara Campus, the Happy Chandara School and Chandara Students Home provide a comprehensive program to disadvantaged girls, from kindergarten to their first job.

Chandara Students Home is now looking for its new Upskilled and Professional Integration Manager. As a key player of the organization and member of the Executive Committee, he/she will be involved in the strategic decisions of the organization. His / her scope of responsibilities will be focusing on (but not limited to) the subjects related to the students’ journey towards employment.

MAIN MISSIONS

With a general objective of successful professional integration of the students, the Upskilled and Professional Integration Manager will be mainly in charge of :

Operational Management of the activities related to :
Academic orientation – for the students to make the most out of their academic journey
Upskilled program and extra-curricular activities – to strengthen their general knowledge and skills, equip them with transversal skills (languages, IT, life skills etc.) and prepare them for the competitive job market of tomorrow
Career Guidance and orientation – to support them towards employment (internships, applications etc.) Psychology, health and social work – as a way to ensure the students benefit from the best possible conditions to focus on their studies

This includes team management (in all its different dimensions), regular reporting activities (KPI, objectives etc.) and a very close collaboration with all the CSH team members (approx. 20) and external partners.

Strategic Development

Contribute to the regular assessment of the activities and to the impact evaluation
Implement continuous improvement actions as a way to ensure the project provides the best service to the students, in-line with their needs
Contribute to the capitalization efforts (tools, processes etc.), for the sustainability and long-lasting impact of the project
Develop partnerships with the local and international ecosystem

And any other mission assigned by the TAELS management.

MAIN LOCATION

CHANDARA STUDENTS HOME
Sen Sok and Boeung Tompun (Phnom Penh, Cambodia)

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor in Education, Management, Business, Administration, International Relations or any related fields
– Minimum 5 years experience in education, management, project management, leadership or mentoring -Perfect use of the English language. French/Khmer is a plus
-Previous experience or interest in NGO or education is preferred

-Interpersonal skills including written, verbal communication

TYPE OF CONTRACT

Local contract or VSI (if eligible)
Full time – 40 hours / week
possible evening or week-end hours to be compensated
